How support crew hire their members?

i'm curious how the support crews hire their employees ... on what system (with the least possible IQ, inability to make accurate judgment or just serve someone's interests) maybe for a year now I have been penalizing more and more because I want to sell unnecessary players and some idiot is making a super unrealistic high bid ?! Then I get punished for putting my players up for sale ?! It's absolutely absurd! I understand why a lot of old users have dropped out of the game - precisely because of such injustices and absurd decisions of some support peoplei'm curious how the support crews hire their employees ... on what system (with the least possible IQ, inability to make accurate judgment or just serve someone's interests)

Wrong - me ! Just let someone explain to me exactly how to sell unnecessary players? An elementary question that no one answers me !!! What I do - I put my unnecessary players on the transfer market with a price close to their market price ... after which an idiot decides to make insane offers above the normal ones already made! And accordingly, I am being punished for making insane offers to my players! and most recently, yesterday there were such offers to my players and again I was fined and 1.6 million of my finances were taken !!! Why? No explanation! I ask again - How to sell unnecessary players !!! That is why I think the attack is on a personal basis against me by Davies and anyone else might be a user close to him ?! Hi, We suspect that you intentionally or unintentionally broke the following Game rules: §1 Sign up for the correct country §2 Do not open or use more than one account. §3 Do not login to or take ownership of another account. §4 Do not try to gain an unfair advantage from the transfer market a) No ‘price pushing’ b) No excessive bids WE "SUSPECT" !!!??? So all of this is because someone(Dawes) suspect...people this is absurd .... no facts, I mean nothing ... he just suspects.... They don't care...no backwards...nothing...just leave things like that and all this repeat almost everytime when someone make idiots bids for my players!!! Dawes takeout from me 1,6 mln for nothing!!! What's this?! The good take victory only in movies!!! This dude has been cheating during years in Football and Hockey , 90% of his transfers in the last 3 years are way out of bounds, do you really want proof? Marto when you were filling your pockets with dirty cash I don't recall any posting in the forums whining then , good to know support has finally taken action.
