Any trustworthy search engine that you know of?

I'm considering replacing Google with something trustworthy. Google is pure garbage, it censors everything, so each time you seek for results it filters out everything they don't want you to see, and I'm not talking about xxx content, because that's always available on Google. They perfected their algorithms to keep one single narrative in place and remove everything else.

Looking forward to read some reliable options, if any. Thanks in advance!

It depends on what you think of "censorship". Google is not consistent with their "policies" and decisions. Obviously one side takes more advantage of them (because 50/50 is unrealistic).

However everything comes with censorship. A search engine takes responsibility. Censorship often has its reasons. Sometimes obvious, sometimes unclear, but still reasonable. Google's filter bubble which only gives you your narrative can be avoided to an extent (but doesn't seem to be the problem in your case). And by the way, if results pro-one side rank higher, it's not censorship, but simply the "popularity" of that opinion and a lot of other SEO factors (as I said, 50/50 is quite unrealistic).

Everything in the clear web comes for a reason with censorship and this won't be different with something different. And no disrespect, but "one single narrative" is claimed by different people with different opinions (simply because we only care about our side of the problem).

An option for you might be DuckDuckGo, at least the most popular privacy-focused alternative which is partly open-source and not developed by a big company (except for the Bing backend). Though sometimes they present themselves too hypocritical on some platforms, I've been happy with DDG so far. But the main difference is based on the privacy. As I said, the differences based on censorship depends on your definition of censorship.

Thanks for the suggestion, vaisi56! I'll give it a try with DDG. I tried Bing in the past, it's no good. Problem with Google is not about ranking something higher or lower, but of complete removal. Unless you know exactly what you're looking for (name, title of the content/article) it's simply NOT going to show up AT ALL. Tired of their garbage and their whatever agenda. Thanks again!
