List retired players

Today I got news: "Some of your players retired".
Great, which ones? Hmmm, not an easy task to find that out.

I have already many of players in retired players list, so I need to scroll a lot to find who has left my club most recently.

Why is retirement not listed in the transfer history at least? If arriving and leaving of youth players is there, and also fired players, shouldn't also retirement be there? Retirement is only another way for a player to leave the club.

More to it, many of my youth were useless, so I replaced them with better ones and would never care to know when those arrived and left, but they are still listed in the transfer history.

Retirement should also be listed as an important event in player personal history.

For 91 days they are highlighted in red and you know they are going to retire and you are make aware of this at the start of the season. You can’t tell me that’s not enough notice.

I don’t disagree that your transfer history listing retired players would be a bad thing though. I think the “retired players” page should just be sorted better by retire date and that would fix it too.

On retired players I'd love a better sort system other than the number system, as I have multiple retired players in hockey with the same number.

On retiring players, can we implement a dropdown box on a players profile to show how many times you've extended said players contract. This would be good for future planning and estimating how many players are likely to call the next season their last.

Sure, I do notice it. But season after season - sometimes one, sometimes two, I lose track sometimes, you don't? So, after it happens - was it one or two, who exactly it was? I am not sure anymore and I miss some info about it.

To add to reasoning about the player history - isn't retirement important enough to be listed in the player history?

I agree, listing the players retirement in the transfer history would be a good thing and would be similar to the listing of youth swapped or players trashed.
