Yes but i want just for Under. I cannot grow up like another big Country. I dont have u19 player in Tm from My Country . I Pay a lot of Money for nothing!Yes but i want just for Under. Can’t have too many foreign players. It’s to make teams concentrate on their youth and bring players through, that’s what will create a better domestic transfer market for the smaller countries.Can’t have too many foreign players.
