My New Angle to train youth

As we known after 6 month MZ introduce youth scout report.
I only train mostly in high potential at the first stage of u16-u18.

After graduate from youth i only few player qualify to continue improve training.
Others are stopped at 4 until 8 ball only.



Scout only inform how potential youth can be train.
But most skill are gray.

How to determine your youth are good event at early stage u16-18?
1. decide kind of player you need. (passing - aerial) (tackle - passing) (shooting - heading)
2. train speed, stamina, and ball control only at field.
3. use TC to develop main potential skill.

after reach u18 nearly end, you can decide which youth continue training, or exchange it.
As speed, stamina, and ball control mostly pass 4-6 ball, and main skill are waiting to be train until maximum.

Before above details, i only focus train youth at main potential skill, breakheart after speed or stamina stopped at 6 ball but main skill reach 10 ball.

I do it the opposite way :)

I train only main skill on Training Field, and train Speed and Stamina in camps. This is because, speed and stamine train at a very high rate in camps, while main skills often take time (i'm speaking in general).

But again, for 'exceptions', like for a player who has just 1 star potential in speed/stamina, I'm either going to train him in speed first to see where maxes, or not train him that much at all.

I follow a very similar practice to theloyalone above usually.

At the moment I only train my 18 year olds in camp and I’m waiting to next season to get all 18 year olds. No point wasting my time training players that won’t be around next season. I was lazy with my youth the last two seasons though.

yeah both above are true but we need more TC exchange, limited for 4 players only, sometime missed defender package 3...
