That’s far too hard to tell. All leagues are too different of skill level to judge accurately and the ranking system doesn’t have enough meaning to be considered a good guide either. The best way would be through world leagues but they are paid for also.That’s far too hard to tell. Hard to say, but as we speak there are 3 Argentinian, and 2 Chinese teams in the World League Top Series. On the other hand, the five most valuable leagues (in team value, which is not equal to quality, but there is a correlation) are the Romanian, Polish, Chinese, Italian and Swedish leagues. I use to speak about "the big 7", the nations with so many active teams that they can have their own Uxx series. That's Argentina, Brazil, China, Poland, Sweden, Turkey, and Romania.
