I am trying to figure out what happened in this match. According to the full stats, all my players played out of postion and neither team fielded a gk. I have check my tactics to be sure but it was correct.

Don't worry, nothing actually happened :) It's just that, when the match goes into extra time/penalties, that's what happens. The players order is randomised
Previously, even the formations (which you see under the scoreline) were 'overlapped',that is, both formations started from the same side of the pitch.

So, it's just that your team went into extra time/penalties :)
