Over / Under Played

Hi Guys, Can any of you tell me when players are over / under played whether I should still be playing them each 6 times a week for them to regain match fitness or more for under played and less for over played which makes sense to those who don't know any better! Overplayed = don’t play them Underplayed = 6 games a week To maintain for you need to play 2 league games and 4 friendly gamesOverplayed = don’t play them

Underplayed = 6 games a week
