Transfer reimbursement

I know this now just hit me. Cos I was wondering the same. It is the transfer assistant it just didn't work as you think it would. You buy a player it goes from you own balance at first but then the game checks if you have transfer assistance if you do, the game pays you a Transfer Reimbursement from the transfer assistance balance. Player purchase - 7 307 EUR Transfer Reimbursement + 7 307 EUR Then I checked the Assistance Remaining from transfer list screen. It seems I had 20 000 in transfer assistance :P Assistance Remaining: 12 694 EURI know this now just hit me. Cos I was wondering the same.
