Hi All,
Can you tell me what is most effective in general: a coach or a training field?

Thank you in advance.

Your answer - A coach ON the Training Field :)

That's the most effective :)

What's better: a coach or a training camp?

No offense, but your question is a bit way off bro, since a coach and TC, both have their different purposes in the game.

Importance of TCs - It depends on the type of manager you are. If you're willing to spend loads of bucks on your players to train them, then you can go for TCs. But even then, as far as i know, TCs are pretty less effective on Senior players, since the rate of their growth is anyway slowed..and it costs a hell lot more too.

You should always send youth to TCs, that's for sure. And they'll train on the Field while not at TCs. As for the 19-21 age category, managers who're active in U21 matches use TCs, since players grow faster. Also, good U21 players have high demand in the market, so your investment (in TCs) will more often than not get you good returns (in case you decide to sell your player).

Coach - A coach is not some alternative to TCs. A coach helps in enhancing a a player's growth while he's not at the TC. So, he complements a player's training once the player leaves the TC.

Hope that helped :)
