Tactic rule

Because of the crazy sim im going to spoil my tactic now, I have a tactic rule that from 5th minute tactic should change, and guess what? it changes arround 20-25th minute, can someone tell me why is that? I just have a rule that it should change from the wing to short from 5th but it doesnt work, how can you not be mad on this game? haha lol, chill down bro :) The rule is basically like this - After 5 mins have passed, [b]then whenever the game stops (goal, foul, goal kick, corner kick, throw in)[/b], from that moment on the tactic you'd set will come into effect :) I know this is weird, but that's how it is. Sometimes crap happens, and the ball is continuously in play until 25-30 mins. So in such cases, your [b]'After 5 mins have passed, do XYZ'[/b] tactic will not come into effect until 25-30 mins. If the only time the ball's out of play is at half time, then your 'After 5 mins' tactic will become effective only after half time (as far as I know..never experienced it, so can only give u a 99% guarantee on it). I feel we should introduce an added rule - ''After 5 mins, make XYZ defender foul opponent team players''. Atleast we'd ensure the tactic then immediately comes into play, lol. Hope that helped :)

The rule is basically like this -

After 5 mins have passed, then whenever the game stops (goal, foul, goal kick, corner kick, throw in), from that moment on the tactic you'd set will come into effect :) I know this is weird, but that's how it is.

Ye that's what i thought, but this is only a change position thing not a substition of the players, for me it's a but stupid, but what can we do... Yeah I understand bro, lol, but that's how it is. Any change, irrespective of whether it's substitution, alt formation or tactical rules, takes place only after ball's stopped.Yeah I understand bro, lol, but that's how it is.
