Numbers of player in training camp

You know there is a limit number of players that may train at a team, the number is 42. I do not know how this number was calculated. But right now, for teams as mine that compite at every age it has became very low. This number means that you may have 14 seniors, 14 U23 and 14 U21 players. But if I want to train player for any age (19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and seniors) just to be competitive at any season, then it is impossible. I do not say that the number has to be change, but maybe it is something to think about.You know there is a limit number of players that may train at a team, the number is 42.

I also agree. If a team can somehow manage a roster with that many players then they shouldn’t be disadvantagedI also agree.

Although it's impossible to balance such a big rooster with respect to the finances unless you make great sales on the transfer market. But that's a completely different story.

One way to count could be: 14 player for each age equals the 42 that are allows now + 14 player more which are in training camp but at some point they are going to need their spot to train.One way to count could be: 14 player for each age equals the 42 that are allows now + 14 player more which are in training camp but at some point they are going to need their spot to train.

That could unbalance teams in MZ. If a change is made, should be for all managers. Regards !
