Alternative tactics and shots on target

My proposal concerns the rules of alternative tactics. Instead of whether our team is ahead or back in the score it would be more essential to have the choice based on the shots on target. The score is fictitious and does not help the managers to make the right decisions about the alternative tactics they use. This addition would help us make better decisions about the alterative tactics we apply regardless of the score that may be is result of luck at current moment of the game.My proposal concerns the rules of alternative tactics. In the current simulation, the shots on target V goals scored correlation is a mine field. Just because you’ve had a lot more shots doesn’t actually mean you’ll be winning the game or even your tactic is more effective. If the shots v goals is even a more accurate representation of the matches your suggestion could work but currently winning and by how many or losing by how many is definitive.In the current simulation, the shots on target V goals scored correlation is a mine field. However, I think it would be good to have the choice to decide on changing my tactics based on the shot on target beyond the running score.
