Of course, but if you know through scouting (if this is an academy player), the probability of him reaching at least 6 balls in a certain skill is about 98-99 %. Anyway, I get your point. If i have a player with potential in PI (or any other skill) and 3 (2 if any other skill than PI), I might as well send him to a 5 week camp training only one skill. Or two skills to cover a possible maxing if the player does not have potential in any of the skills.
