Do You Really Know?

Do you really know which youth player will become an amazing player? Are the like signs or indications because every time I max a player, I automatically think he's going to be amazing and then I find out he's maxed out at 5 in stamina and 6 in shooting and then I'm back to square 1 again. I've played this game for a while and even had a player in U21 England team (in my old playing days with Orsett City - 2009-2012) But now, my youth's just horrendous and I've had enough Any tips/help for a brother?Do you really know which youth player will become an amazing player? No, you can't know ! But maybe with the new youth analysis that will come next season we could have an idea of how much the youth will be good.No, you can't know !

There is no way of determing which youth will be hit and which will be bad. Sometimes player who I expect alot will max low on key skill and sometimes player from who I do not expect anything will become decent player. Or own academy players could all develope into superstars and then users complain that sim is bad - ofcourse people complain about sim when top teams face each other and the difference in player quality is minimal. So this update could in longterm be very bad.There is no way of determing which youth will be hit and which will be bad.
