I honestly don't know why this is not in place yet. It is a little change and the most effective way to reduce cheating.
There are essentially two ways to cheat in the market, underpaying or overpaying.
Underpaying is only an option if someone is selling the player with closed training graphics. If the graphic is open, essentially everyone in the MZ community have at least 24 hours to see the players training information and decide if they want to bid or not. Evaluate this scenario for the risk of underpayment, for example:
19 years old
speed 8
stamina 7
tackling 8
with a closed training graphics, this player would go under $100K, but if the player is training all skills the player is worthy at least $1Mi. But if the graphic is closed nobody would consider odd a player with these skills be sold by $100K and therefore nobody would report anything.
On the other hand, on the overpaymment, with all the graphics open, all the MZ community would have a chance to look at the amount paid and potentially report if the amount seemed just too much for the player.
Just a thought. I believe this would be the best way to face cheating on the transfer market.

I’m not sure what you’re really trying to say.. Are you trying to make a correlation between players being sold with closed graphs and cheating?

Yes.
19 years old
speed 8
stamina 7
tackling 8
A player with the skills above, training everything, if sold with closed graphs, would be sold much cheaper than his real value. This could be used for cheating and virtually nobody would be able to catch it or evaluate if the price was fair or not.
Of course the vast majority of the closed graphs sales are clean and fine, but the possibility described above represents a weakness that cheaters could take advantage.

Managers are within their rights and the rules of the game to organise transfers of players with closed graphs to sell for presumed cheaper than if they exposed the graphs giving a fellow manager a good deal. That doesn’t make them cheaters.
If you are referring to managers selling players from one team to another team also managed by them, that is highly against the rules and if you have any suspicion of this you should email support

Giving a good deal to a fellow manager is fine? Not sure about that. Maybe there is no written rule about that, but I don't really think that's ethical.
So, if I am leaving the game it would be fine to sell two players well under priced to a fellow manager?

Agreeing to sell a player to another manager at a set price is fine. Other managers would have the ability still to bid on the player.
Selling a player cheaper than his market value is only hurting that managers back pocket.

Let's agree to disagree. I don't think selling a player cheaper than his market value for a friend is fine. I don't think anyone should be doing that and that's why I put this suggestion here.

On the actual problem, I’m all for automatically showing all maxing when selling a player.
Removing grey areas is always a good idea.

Hiding graphs can be beneficial to the seller also . A player could be fully maxed in speed stamina tackling at 8 and a bidder (or 2) might take a gamble that something is unmaxed .
I’m sure many of us have bought a player assuming to be maxed and turns out they aren’t in 1 or more skills.
People therefore can still bid higher amounts on maxed players hidden then maxed players unhidden . Goes both ways
