Decline player advertisements report managers?

I have checked the decline player advertisements in my guestbook. But still I keep getting them. Check my guestbook. Just put up the message I've posted there. Problem solved. No more ads. I got one player advertisement, but the user instantly posted that he was sorry, that it was a mistake, and asked me to not report him. So I didn't :)
