Change languageI am using 8 to 10 coaches but I always signed with coaches who does not have a signing on fee and the contracts of my coaches are automatically renewed.
It is getting hard to find good coaches with reasonable contracts in these days so I am getting tired and thinking to hire some coaches with signing on fees too.
The calculation is I am dividing the signing on fee to the length of the contract and adding it up to the salary to see if that coach expense is reasonable or not.
What I am curious is, is the signin up fee a one time thing and won't be an issue when the first contract is over, or is it gonna stand? If it stands can there be a dramatic rise for it, it is an issue because as I said before my contacts are automatically renewed and if it happens I will know it after it is renewed.
(The question is long and detailed just to help you answer with a simple yes or no)
No kangoroo jokes or an aussie recommendation as "Fire them all will you" advise will be appreciated :)

It is a one time fee.
