I think the 3rd one is a club member gift. Anyway, I don’t think the second gift will be a team money. But I do agree with the first. Last season the green and yellow ones had the same shapes as the green and yellow in 2018. Green was a loyal player and yellow was €75 000. I´d say 80% to 90% of the loyal players are for nothing, the rest are good players -> when you get them or who gets them is a lottery . . /that´s how I see it ;-)

The gift were deliver during the Christmas or a day before if I’m not mistaken. If you have choose a desire gift but still did not receive it, you can send a ticket to support, so we can check it. There has been a few cases with the same situation as you, it might be a bug etc.
