Brazilians leaving MZ!

Badge image
Kindly ... Crew ... Build a football sim! In Brazil many teams are abandoning the game because the simulator is old and does not look anything like football ... Many are migrating to games with much less attractive, but with simulators that look a bit, very little with FOOTBALL ... It's time to modernize ... Please
Nobody wants a 3d if it is not a soccer simulator ... Stop making graphs and make a simulator that does not have random results, that does not have a JPL tactic etc ... please think about it ...

You and I, we must be the champs, at least I only have like 20 - 30 active canadian managers left and I am a bigly winner.

It might be social problem, that MZ lacks of managers.
It is not only because of SIM,

it is because youth have pressure on them - nowadays games must have graphics, action. If you play and talk about "geek-game", you get bullied.

Secondly - the social problem - who like to play soccer in real life, they might have attitude, that computer games are time waste, pointless, again geeky. So they don't support the game.

Third issue is.. what I think is most fatal -- there has to be bigger incomes, so that teams can train MORE players in team, and have C-A coaches, those F-D just delete from game.
If you have just 15 players in team or you have 30 or 45 or 60 players in team --- what you think, which brings more fun and excitement to game?
If youth come to play MZ, they have their 10 players, ok 20 -- and they train so slowly, they quit game. Also it is bad, that transfers are closed -- again, some join the game, they want to be managers, but they can't do business.
Even if there are not enough managers to buy the players, game would be more fun, if can train players and have every day "good/bad news".

Fourth issue is MZ's management "fault": development and commercial-side.
MZ should contact clubs (schools) and so on, to introduce the game. To get here youngsters.
Development: game SIM or mechanics needs something extra new, which can turn game that good, it would be helpful in real soccer (not only entertaining, but also educating). Or develop the budget mechanics so that game will be more realistic in management.

+++
I don't play this game because of soccer, I play, because this is my time out, I play this to be a manager. I like money more than trophies.

The reason why some Brazilians leave the game is because we have no solution to a problem involving cheats. Unfortunately our community is shrinking and I fear that soon we will not be many.

As for SIM, I believe we currently have it is good, and I am encouraged to study it to improve my football, knowing that SIM is not perfect and will never let us win it all, because that is disheartening to many weaker teams.

This thread was over 8 months old. Was it really needed to be brought back?

I’m unsure about the problems in Brazil but you still have a very active community and more members than most countries.

In my last post, I mentioned what has been going on in recent days. Just used the same topic.

Just look at the top divisions right now to see how many teams have left recently.

Only in CB we have 5 "inactive" teams

TERRA MÉDIA (1185071), GoodBye MZ (223669), ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ (249447), Rochoso SS (214660) and São Bento Sorocaba (227213).

In my div 1.2 we have 4 more of them.

Just really sad, you know?

Buying players & playing friendlies & participating in cups & friendly leagues is something that doesn't really fit the category of "inactive"..... a more fitting category would be "restructuring"

I had a look and the number of active users is trending steadily sideways for the last year, and slightly upwards for the last few months. There is absolutely no sign of any decline.

We lose users now and then, all games do, but there is a steady influx of new Brazilian users who join and become active.

It's because the dropouts are recent, but as far as I know some really clicked on the Delete account tab. But in any case, I hope some will return to the activity.

I really believe that in the big picture, the community is following a growth pattern, but I believe the numbers don't say all that is really going on.

Anyway, I will continue in the forum always trying to make the game as receptive as possible and answer all the doubts.

Thanks for the reply, good to see that we are heard by crew.

This got me intrigued so I starting pulling participation in our National Cup

Season/Teams
71 33
70 37
69 33
68 36
67 34
66 32
65 31
64 26
63 32
62 31
61 30

The numbers are pretty consistent although what Australia has lost is quality teams not numbers. We’ve never had a lot of numbers but we’ve always had some solid teams. We currently only have one team of real quality in Australia and even he can’t really match it with the games best. There’s about 4 other strong teams and the rest are mediocre.

I’ve always thought the disconnect is how do we engage the average managers and get them more into the game and turn them into better managers and create better competition and grow a community that way. Just my thoughts though
