As a semi-new (returning player) manager, I would like to know the best step by step way to set up my youth farm.
What's the best way to attract youth players?
What's the best way to identify their position?
What's the best training to give them regardless of position?
Finally, how many balls should they have overall before graduating or dumping?
Would appreciate all help, thanks!

Speed, stamina and Ball control are required for most position, therefore train the youths until they get 7 speed, 6 stamina and 6 BC , all skills still training, then train the main skill ( guess it :))
Dump the rest.
My opinion.

I see. So you think BC is the best secondary skill to their main skill?

I usually train them in set skills until they max and then I fire them all getting maxed.

Ok, thanks.
Anything else I should watch out for? Does player value mean anything?

Not really. A player with 10 in shooting, tackling, BC and passing will have a high player value, but he'll still be useless as he won't be able to run. These 4 attributes and goalkeeping have a high value per ball ratio. Other useful attributes like speed, stamina, PI, heading (for strikers) and AP have a low value.
In other words, a striker with 10 balls in shooting, 6 balls in tackling, and only 6 in speed and stamina may still be worth more than one with 10 in speed, stamina and shooting. But the latter is obviously the best, although he has fewer balls.

salary comparison (when it comes to "scouting") can be more helpful than comparing player value

What class coaches should I get? Class B? I think Class A is overkill personally...

Class A is overkill. You're right. As a club member you can filter the coaches by demanded salary. The filter salary is the upper limit of their salary. Make sure to not overpay the coaches you appoint. The lowest possible salary when you first negotiate with them is also the lowest possible salary you can get for that specific coach. I don't know the MZ currency rates as it's fixed and differs from the rates in the real world, and obviously the lower limits in my currency (NOK) won't help you at all, but I guess the lowest possible salary for a class B coach is about € 3000. The salary limits are different for every single coach.

This never worked for me, but my friend manekaster swears by it. And so does evosa.
Everybody keeps rejecting me, I don't know what is it, they either don't like my jokes, my pasta, or plain and simple are blunt racists or sexists or some other form of discrimination which doesn't come to mind at the moment.

I guess they're all vegans disgusted by your kanga meat production.
On a serious note it would have been so much easier if you'd got yourself a club membership. The filter option doesn't work for non-club members. Also, you won't find cheap coaches every day. You should start with hiring good coaches without being so picky with the salary, just to get the good coaches you need. Then you should start looking for cheaper and cheaper coaches until you reach the bottom limit for each class. And obviously fire the more expensive coaches when you get a cheaper one.
