problem with Form skill

I got a strange problem, never happened to me after 10 years playing: I am sure I have made my players 6 games a week from a long time. Especially last week. This week I discover 2/3 of the Form team downgraded from 9 to 8 points. So I lose an important game today. Just to understand: is there any reason why 7 players lost a point in Form even playing right 6 games? Some of the anomally has happened to me too..Specially after I sold my U23 team and started to play with U21(U21 team plays friendlies, WL, Senior league, U23 league and U21 league + cups and FLs ofcourse) and 4-5 weeks ago(maybe even more) strange thing happened to some players - some players form went from 9 to 7-8. I can understand if this happens to all starting11 players but only some - so there is something into it there.

that has happened to me also and i think it happened to me because I changed the days I played my friendlies. From Thurs/Fri to Mon/Tues. So by making this change it took over 7 days before they played friendlies again. So the friendlies should be played at the same days if you change it will mess up the form. I do not play U23 or U21, nor changed days to play. Anyway, this week Form comes back to 9. I hope it does not happen again. Thanks for your support RobertoI do not play U23 or U21, nor changed days to play.

Old players seem to get tired when playing 6 matches per week from my experience. So for safety reasons, I go for 5 games of my Tactic AOld players seem to get tired when playing 6 matches per week from my experience.

How old are the players you're talking about. I've got 2 players who are 30+. Both are 33 and maintain their 9 and 3/4 form with 2 league games and 4 friendlies.How old are the players you're talking about. I've got 2 players who are 30+. I do not remember exactly if the 7 players were the oldest. It's likely to be so. But if they will play only 5 games a week surely the 9 younger in the team will suffer for low training. Anyway never happened beforeI do not remember exactly if the 7 players were the oldest. It's likely to be so.
