Change languageA Retired player, if I want him to become a coach has a "huge" salary compares to normal market coaches..Has anyone have an experience with retired players becoming coaches?
The retired players I have have salaries way above the market, and like this it is impossible to transform them in coaches..Any hint? Any experience how to avoid that?

aemi - 26-10-2018 19:23Listen, the retired coaches recalculate their salaries every week, so check with them weekly. I waited and got a few better deals than the regular coaches. It's mostly a waiting game.
Also, did you know kangaroo steak and france wine work together for the greater taste?

I have this guy as coach. Currently has salary of 6130 € but can be negotiated down to 3900 €. Add lost balls in speed and stamina for coach and I have a coach with 9 balls in 5 skills!
