Guy's please get behind me on this.
If your Nation has 30 dedicated Managers or has 10,000 Managers!
In this game one thing can NOT BE BROUGHT.
That is the 3 seasons a player is U-18 and the day's you have to train him for a position in your team.
This is the great Leveler!
Norway can beat china and Brazil or any other 10K manager side, with just 20 dedicated and good managers.
For me U-18 is the #1 form of this game as you can't buy em - YOU HAVE TO MAKE EM!
Please anyone who reads this comment - please let's get a U-18 world cup - every nation in this can make a great team!

Well they could at U-18 lvl?
Every one has same amount of days to train a 18'yo each season yes? regardless of how many players you have in your country 30 or 30,000 those 11 players will be trained for 90 days a season for 3 seasons?
None of his U'21 where china and Brazil etc... flood the market and we all train there troops for them.
U-18 can't buy em can't sell em if u have 10 dedicated managers to the mission you could beat anyone!

It can't be, Liverpool is exactly the opposite of this: "Norway — For the 13th consecutive year, Norway ranked highest in standard of living, life expectancy, and education " :P
Now we are waiting for Norway's new golden football generation, but with our 5,3 million inhabitants it only takes some time…It's going to be wonderful! Because then I'll enjoy even more football in the summer and of course cross-country ski racing when the winter is approaching.
However, the U18 WC has been tested on MZ back in the days if I remember correctly?
Personally, I have enough with my own youths. I think a U18 NT will require many hours weekly, just with the team selection and player squad. Especially for the big nations, I spend a lot of time scouting for Norwegian U21-players - which is a small task compared to what the big nations have to go through. I assume there will be daily messages and requests related to the players' new skills… but it would definitely be fun to follow this without a responsibility, yes!
