When a player turns 30 years, he starts the skill's deterioration in speed and stamina. And you can't do anything. This player will loose 2 balls in each skills. But, he always will have 4 balls, in minimum. But, note that this player still have partial skills. If your player had 9 balls in stamina iwith 29 years, when he turns 30 years, the graph shows 8 balls, but he still have more than 8.75 balls. And a player with 8.75 balls is better that a player with 8.00 balls. The deterioratoin system is done after 6 seasons, aproximately. The first visible ball is lost in firsts days when a player turns 30 years. The second ball is lost near the 33 years. The speed of deterioration is slow in beggining and more fast in the final. This player will lost this 2 skills points, if compared with your maximum potencial. For example, if your player MAXED with 9 points in stamina, so he will lost 2 points in 5 or 6 seasons. But, if your player still no MAXED with 8 points in stamina, se can happens 2 cases: The maximum potential can be 10 points and he will end the deterioration with 8 points (he don't will lost any points). The maximum potential can be 9 points and he will end the deterioration with 7 points (he will be lost 1 point).
