English National Team Player Scouting

I am back in action! Once again NCA for the England team, my main job as before will be to scout players and bolster the future of our National Team. Last time I was in this position, I remember that many saw the future of the English team quite bleak with the quality of players dropping. We have however done fairly well in tournaments, and it was only around a year ago now we also made our first tournament final meaning progress is definitely strong! But as ever, we need the players to do this. Below are a set of guidelines for who we are looking for. If you know a player that makes this requirement, please do let us know either in my guestbook or replying to this thread, and we'll definitely take a look. Let's see how far we can get this time around! [b]U21 National Requirements[/b] [b]Speed[/b] - 8+ (7 may be accepted on special conditions) [b]Stamina[/b] - 8+ [b]Ball Control[/b] - 6+ [b]Player Intelligence[/b] - 7+ (6 may be accepted on special conditions) [b]Primary Skill (Shooting, Tackling, Passing, ect)[/b] - 9+ (8 may be accepted if the player is outstanding) [b]Total Skill Balls[/b] - 55+ is what we are looking for, anything less won't cut it. U21 National Requirements
Speed - 8+ (7 may be accepted on special conditions)
Stamina - 8+
Ball Control - 6+
Player Intelligence - 7+ (6 may be accepted on special conditions)
Primary Skill (Shooting, Tackling, Passing, ect) - 9+ (8 may be accepted if the player is outstanding)

Total Skill Balls - 55+ is what we are looking for, anything less won't cut it.

Senior National Requirements
Speed - 9+ (8 may be accepted on special conditions)
Stamina - 8+
Ball Control - 8+
Player Intelligence - 8+
Primary Skill (Shooting, Tackling, Passing, ect) - 9+ (Preferably 10, but some 9s will be considered)

Total Skill Balls - 70+ is what we are looking for, but some outstanding players may have slightly less which we will consider.
