Have you heard the joke about the new youth player....

I use YTC in a normal youth players first year to find put who the keepers, striker and defenders are. Then normal TC's from then on. For players that arrive through youth exchange you've obviously got a scout report so they don't need to go on a YTC. I find it odd that these "keepers" turn up to your club with 0 balls. Surely if U have the potential to be a good keeper you would have at least 1 ball by age 16! True but hypothetical speaking they could also have been playing on the street honing their tackling but the moment they step into an academy the pros spot his true potential :)
