Form question

Hey guys in a been gone a while and just need a quick refresher on form.. Will 3 freindlys and 2 league matches be enough? Also are cups it's and world league stuff counted as I've joined a few and don't wanna overplay my squad? Also I'm back ....Hey guys in a been gone a while and just need a quick refresher on form..

Friendlies are the only games that can affect your teams form negatively. Play 4 friendlies a week for optimum form. All other games can only affect your teams form positively (FLs, Cups, World Leagues etc), so doesn't matter how many of those games you play. 4 Friendlies and 2 league games a week will give you 9 form.Friendlies are the only games that can affect your teams form negatively.
