My question is simple... Let's say I have a youth player in his second year. If I decide to exchange this player, I will also receive a player in his second year or a younger player? Thanks,My question is simple...

Let's say I have a youth player in his second year.
If I decide to exchange this player, I will also receive a player in his second year or a younger player?
