Couple of ways to use them: You can use them for scout matches against any team in the world, just select a team and on the club page tab you should see an option for 'scout/challenge' You can also use them to test one of your tactics against another of your tactics, on your tactics page you should see a button called'test tactic'. Or you can use it for a challenge, like against the 'world cup stars XI', or a 'top team's etc (really just another name for a scout match), go to matches tab and you should see a 'challenges' tab with options under it.Couple of ways to use them:

Usually we use them against a future opponent, to test witch tactic will fit better. By default, on instant matches, the opponent will play same tactic/players as in the last league game, even if the players are sold or fired.Usually we use them against a future opponent, to test witch tactic will fit better.
