Red cards in Scout Matches

Why are so many scout matches affected by red cards? Completely out of proportion of other matches. Scout matches are paid for, so MZ is just ripping its customers off. I don't see the intelligence of this.Why are so many scout matches affected by red cards? Completely out of proportion of other matches.
