I think it could be funny handycup and encrease enjoj this game.
Bonus - Horse Day.
Every Day every player could be randomized one boost. For example: John Happiness - have horse day play inteligence today.
If he has 7 balls - this mean that he has 8 balls in play inteligens in this day. Only if manager change him training pool.
Sombody could be not want change it. Becouse horse day could be set plays - dead skill. If player has 10@ in speed and horse day boos is speed - player will stay in the same skill level.
This idea could be good for managers who login in game every day. They must remember chnge training pool afternoon becaouse if they forget it they lost one day training.

So theoretically small green next to player skill could help player in game! There is no way of determing whether it has any affect or not!
