Thank you Crew for fixing this

I always hated the fact that there is no correlation between youth starting balls and the players actual positional potential. Seems Crew finally fixed it, after nearly 17 years. Thank you! Nope, they haven't! Or not that I noticed it lately - I exchanged some youths in the last weeks and nothing seemed changed. Promise to look into it in the next weeks to come! Sure, no problem! :) A real conundrum this.. Should I train him as a keeper or striker? As a GK he is unlikely to make an impact on my youth team (4 ball GK as a 18 yo is very weak). As a striker he is likely to max at 6 or 7 in shooting, which is too low even at youth level. I have until the weekend to decide. Might train him as a striker, as there is atleast a chance he will make it to a decent level in shooting when he is 18.

Check my player. They definitely fixed it, because players with GK potential usually arrived my academy with a flat 0,0 balls in keeping. Now they come with 0,75. That is a massive improvement, although I admit it could still be improved further.

Hanz, I exchanged a player two weeks ago - the new one (16 y.o.) came with [b]2 speed[/b], [b]4 stamina[/b], 1 pi, 1 ball c. and [b]0 tack[/b] and the exchange scout said he chose speed, stamina and tackling. Ah, and he came with 3 keeping + 2 shoot & 2 heading. What kind of fix is this player?Hanz,

Sarcasm is right!!! [:$] The small bastard was in conditioning TC (as he came late in the season) and he maxed today in keeping, 5. Nice going for that, [b]AIK[/b]!!! [;(]

(Let me know if you need more of these for social media aikaik. I can provide you with 3-4 examples per week.)
