Best strategy to add Youths

Hi everybody, I'm new to the game. I have a question about youths... Did you add all 23 at once? or do you break in seasons? What is the best strategy? Thanks,Hi everybody,

i got 23 at once. then every season as the youths starts to max in important balls, i switch em out for new 16yr olds. that way, once a youth graduates, its only the cream de la cream that gets there :)i got 23 at once. then every season as the youths starts to max in important balls, i switch em out for new 16yr olds. that way, once a youth graduates, its only the cream de la cream that gets there :)

it depends how you want to play - If you decide to start with all youths and not use market at all, than I would behave similarly as user above stated. Depending on how much real life money you want to invest for 15PT custom youth setup can be a good way to get some decent 18year olds in quickly. if you did it today you would get 23 18yos. Send the best 10 to camp, and fire the rest once they turn senior before they get salaries. For a beginner or someone who wants an all in to win the U18 leagues, it's best to have a full batch. However, in time, with maxings and replacements, you'll get to having them split and I think it's best like this.For a beginner or someone who wants an all in to win the U18 leagues, it's best to have a full batch.
