Draxonia is nearly halfway filled with the top teams from last season's Ameroth league...plus me. I also try/tried to strengthen my team, playing (again) in the RO Liga 1. Maybe, since I created the FL(s), I actually get a chance at winning it or at least break the darn bad luck of the grey area (8th to 10th). Draxonia has indeed received the biggest infusion of fresh and quality blood (that is to be read "strong teams") so the Black Planet should finally have an actual chance for the Celestial title this season.

I know, Aurel, but I made the pictures separately and then I joined them and lost some quality. And it was hard to make it again so I just gave up. Hopefully people will appreciate it as it is. [H]

Guys, it's been a day now and [b][color=green]Ameroth[/color][/b] has only 5 invites (3 requested, 2 sent to former BotP warriors who missed the deadline). 1 team actually joined. I'm open for suggestions on how to fill it in! I can either: a) send an invite to all fed members and hope no warrior from the 4 planets joins also Ameroth (can't guarantee anything and I can not remove 64 invites manually) b) advertise it further and act upon invite request - no guarantee that we will fill it in by this Sunday, so that it starts on Monday, as the other 4 c) suggestions?Guys, it's been a day now and Ameroth has only 5 invites (3 requested, 2 sent to former BotP warriors who missed the deadline). 1 team actually joined.

I did this manually, inviting non warriors from BotP. About 500 invites sent and Ameroth will be full in 48 hours. Also nobody likes to compete against 7-8 chinese team names ( no offence or racism intended ). The invitations doesn't have to be sent all of them at once. Send 100 and if you get bored, leave it for some other time [:D]I did this manually, inviting non warriors from BotP.

Should be a proper battle with the new teams. I'm a bit further along myself with my teams peak so probably be lucky to scrape a top 4 in season 9 and even less so next season if I keep them going. Good luck all.

Nice to be back! [:D] I remember Bessie as the most interesting non-official competition back in the day. Although the format changed and the old hag transformed herself into a cluster of planets, it should be fun! I am afraid my little ponies will have their hooves full (U27). I hardly won anything at senior lately though, due to my team being very far away from peaking. Just the occasional national cups and Cup Winners Cup. Nothing big. I am stuck in 2nd division WL, which says it all. I will however do my best not to embarrass JASOOL and the grumpy old hag. Really, I thought heading was the main skill for strikers in a wing tactic? Apart from the usual spd, stm, BC etc. I took an average of the number of aerial passing balls my first 11 has (excl GK) and it came to 4! So maybe I'll come back to wings in a few seasons time hahah

matt, my main striker not only that had only 7 in heading but also 6 pi. Everyone was laughing and yet, i got some nice trophy's, including Celestial [H] Imo, every ball has a value. The total value of a player is what matters. The problem is that we must guess what value has a certain ball, then use a program ( like MZ Assistant ) to calculate player's total value and see if he fits in your team. I managed to make a nice team with low budget, and that's because i was calculating all the time the value of a player while he was listed. I went for those that nobody wanted or they were low in price. If you were to create the Sim, how would you have done it ? If a striker has 10 balls in heading, he will score 3 goals every game ? [:D] No. You would give a value to every ball. We see players on the pitch but actually there are values between 0.00 and 10.00 playing the game. My target was over 8.50 and no older than 28 yo. Actually Aurel is right, my main striker have also 6 PI and like 7 heading. And I also get always by the last 16 in Internationle tournaments. Well with the win, we are in the top 4. Unfortunately, I know that this is not sustainable. Glad to see that the off season additions seem to be having a positive impact.
