2 months and still now answer from Support???

Still dont know why my team has been suspende, nobody can tell me why my teams have been suspended from the game, can someone help me out please? My team has been suspended by support nearly one month ago and since then been trying to get a replay to understand whats is the issue behind my suspension. Who the heck is in charge of this game?, i want a detail explanation?, want my money back? @taxicubeice, if you played by the rules and your account has been suspended for no reason, than you really have loads of bad luck, because, to be honest i've never heard of a similar case. But that's just me. Pointing it out on forum won't solve the issue. However, i will contact the support to speed up the process.
