2 months and still now answer from Support???

Still dont know why my team has been suspende, nobody can tell me why my teams have been suspended from the game, can someone help me out please?

My team has been suspended by support nearly one month ago and since then been trying to get a replay to understand whats is the issue behind my suspension. Who the heck is in charge of this game?, i want a detail explanation?, want my money back? (Power Tokens) asap! never done anything against the rules, and if done without any intention, just want my team back or at least know what is wrong with my team

This are all the support tickets open without a answer yet

my user is taxicubeice and in the past support also suspended my team and after reviewing things they apologize and give me my account back

This is the email when I was badly suspended back in 2016 and my team was restore by support with no other issue ever inside the game

@taxicubeice, if you played by the rules and your account has been suspended for no reason, than you really have loads of bad luck, because, to be honest i've never heard of a similar case. But that's just me.
Pointing it out on forum won't solve the issue.
However, i will contact the support to speed up the process.
