*You should be at least 18 years old.
But I am only a child on the inside...

*you schould have been playing the game at least one year and have good knowledge about how the game works.
They change the game more than I change my socks... oh hi Aik carry on

*It's important that you speak and write good english.
So no habla español allowed?

*You schould be interested of the developing the game forward and have a good communisation with other persons. If you will be a GA of other reasons you are NOT the right person.
I always communicate well with other people. I tell them what to do and they listen. Works like a charm.

*you schould be a mature and calm person. If you easy gets angry or upset you are probebly NOT a good GA.
I am the most mature and calm person I know. I only get pissed once in a while, like if it rains outside, or the toaster burns the bread, or people telling me to be more mature and calm. Like even right now I am so calm. Almost. There is this fly pissing me off right now and I need a gun to shoot the thing out of the room.

*You schould be ready to work i team with other GA and not only work alone.
I work great in a team. Me, myself and I are the best team out there. Watch out!

*You schould not have been banned in MZ and if you has been cheated or banned in any way the nearest years it would give wrong signals to other users if we put you as GA.
But they saw me rollin', they hatin' and they suspended it

*You must have at least a half hour a day for working as GA.
It's going to be tough to sell this to my boss...

*You must have accounts in both fotball and hockey.
Like anyone plays hockey anyways...

Hope I am considered for this position. With my impressive achievements, it would be shame not to...

Well it is a long story... in the past we have what I consider a much superior support structure than we have now, you had an MA for each Country and the MA would take care of it so the MA of USA for example would be in charge of appointing GAs, RAs for the Zone & FAs for the forums, responding to support messages from the local users and because of this MAs were just more involved with the users in their Countries and that gave you a community structure that has been lost now, the fact that you have MAs posting ads on the forums to recruit GAs proves that...

The downside was that MAs/GAs were limited to their own Country, so when you had to deal with cases involving cheating accounts around the world there was no easy way to deal with, this also causes some problems as some Countries were a lot more "permissive" than others.

So because of all this I proposed some changes, at that time crew was more willing to listen to suggestions and after a while "International Support" was born and basically we dealt with cheating cases involving smaller Countries with no MA or cases involving accounts in multiple Countries. This was a small taskforce that I personally picked and trained and everyone on my team ended up eventually moving to bigger roles as MAs and even HMAs.

This was a success but unfortunatelly after a while, crew decided to make "improvements" over my original idea, first they went with "regions" and then they decided to go global and extend it to other areas of support, I opposed this changes as IMO they were all going in the wrong direction and we end up with the mess of a support structure we have now in which there is no community sense, GMAs need to post on the forums when they need GAs since they don't know their userbase, RAs/LAs/FAs with no experience managing people are promoted to MAs an having access to tools and information they don't need for their role, you have RMAs that can't read the language of the Zones they're supposed to manage, GAs that don't understand the particularities of the transfer market of each Country, Countries that are poorly monitored since there are no local GAs (like USA for example), etc. etc. etc. etc

Anyway, that's the gist of it....

Much better system how it was. As crew are hopeless with community engagement it allowed the assistants to do all the heavy lifting in their absence and also brought a community feel.

Having RMA'S leading countries that don't even speak that language us absolutely laughable. Surely you'd think at least one crew member said, umm guys that seems pretty stupid to me. Shows how broken things are at the top

The problem is that they tried to apply a structure that was needed to fill a gap at support to the whole game, it was needed to investigate cheating involving users with accounts in multiple countries and also dealing with smaller Countries with no MAs, this were really capable GAs with proper training and experience and the sole purpose of this team was fill a gap, not replace the complete support structure.

Now any GA with zero experience & training can go around messing with things he don't understand, some don't even understand basic things like market monitoring, for example a player that sells for $1 if he's from the USA might be worth $500K if he's Argentine or Chinese, that's a fact, so depending on were the GA comes from his vision on what's overpriced and what's not is totally different and this always cause a lot of issues with stopped transfers that shouldn't be stopped or transfer that go through that really shouldn't... that's just one thing.

Another example that comes to mind is no local MAs/GAs means nobody is actively monitoring that Country, let's say Australia has a GA, I'm sure he will be very aware of anything fishy going on as he will be checking more frequently and also using the market, so he should be able to stop any issues before they become a bigger problem.... but Australia has no GA, therefore even obvious issues they had recently on their transfer market go unnoticed.

And yes, having RMAs that can't speak or read the language will never work... how is an RMA supposed to recruit RAs for a language he doesn't speak or do any type of quality control on the articles if he can't read them? Also what interest or motivation can have let's say an English RMA in making sure China, Germany & Slovakia have their own zone?

Well, one of the reasons I'm not a GMA anymore is because I was very critic of the support structure and they didn't like that, I think I was actually making too much sense and my revolutionaty ideas were corrupting the impressionable minds of the young assistants that didn't know something better is possible 😁

You know that you never put your email on a public forum? You don't need to login to read messages and webcrawlers will capture your email address and add it to spam lists.

If I search for Gunbertina@gmail.com, it directs me to this post and also a post you made on the swedish forum where you also posted your email address, probably too late now but you should remove it.
