Red and yellow cards... just to many of them

Playing normal-normal and have a least 1-2 red cards every round (four leagues) and several yellow

hanzinho - 21-12-2017 00:00At U18 level, there are WAY too many yellow and red cards. This is a problem, since we have limited amount of youth players available at any given time. Additionally, some of us don't have many tactic slots available either..
I had a U18 league games some weeks ago, where I had 3 players suspended. I had exactly 11 youth players available. During the game I got 2 players injured, of course!! ;)
Tomorrow in the U18 Defenders Cup, I also have 3 players suspended. Two of them are strikers. I have just given up on that game, as I lack tactic slots, and I would probably lose anyway.

hanzinho - 23-12-2017 13:50For my U18 WL TD match today, where I am (for the time being atleast) fighting for the title:
I pulled back a couple of players from the training camp in order to stand atleast somewhat of a chance. Lost 1-0, and got additional 4 yellow cards. For this match I set "passive" in pressing. I give up!! :O:(

darkline - 24-12-2017 09:55On U18 games the amount of cards is excessive, on the U18 league I'm on there are for today 7 red carded players between all teams and luckily for me, it's going to be the 1st time in the last 4/5 games that I'll be able to field my strongest team as I don't have any suspended players.

civilu - 25-12-2017 16:57I had 8 Uxx games today in different Official or Friendly Cups by Crew (I rarely play Uxx FLs) and in 7 of them I had (one or the other) player with a red card/suspension.
Never saw this problem but looking around, it does seem excessive. The problem is I hope they don't fix this like everything else, screwing the rest... I mean the problem is in Uxx games, not in any other games where Uxx teams play - because I can understand a red card against a strong team, with fast strikers, yet not one against similar (crappy) players.

darkline - 25-12-2017 23:10I'm guessing experience affects how likely a player is to commit a poor infraction leading to a card, U18 players have little to no experience therefore, they get carded more often.
