When does friendly income reset?

Afaik I get paid for 2 home friendly games a week. But on which day does this retstriction reset? Or any of the income restrictions overall, is it the same day of the week? FORM week starts on Tuesday!(runs from Tuesday to Monday) like indicated on friendlies page here: https://www.managerzone.com/?p=challenges#overview Friendly income resets on monday! Meaning that on monday you get income from home friendly game!
