Surely they need to be fired!?

National Team- Guatemala The National Coach has only fielded 9 players every game in the confederations cup! They have 18 players listed so there's absolutely no reason to not play at least 11 players in a National Cup. The user with 40% vote who came runner up in the election who wasn't made National assistant should take over the team immediately. The whole process losses it's integrity if managers like this one are allowed to manage a National Team no matter how big the Nation or big of an active user base they have.National Team- Guatemala

The whole process losses it's integrity if managers like this one are allowed to manage a National Team no matter how big the Nation or big of an active user base they have.

true, but what's the point ? they're already all but out of the current NT Cup, and NC elections are anyway due next season :P also..hmmm..wonder why you've been watching our group so much (first Senegal, now Guatemala). already preparing yourself for a likely encounter with us eh ? :P

Its not about Confederations Cup at all or whether they are progressing. It's about inferring and doing the best for your nation at all times. That user should be banned from ever becoming NC again and be removed from his post, regardless of when the next elections are. true tho :) also, the new NC just might be able to do some 'team-making' keeping in mind the next U21 NT Cup :P

perhaps MZ guatemala is just like MZ india only 1 active/willing user to take over the NT and maybe the guatemalan user is pre occupied with real life problems atm, to be bothered with an online gameperhaps MZ guatemala is just like MZ india

@aldebaran why dont you ask them to set aside the 'conditions for being NC' and let you be their NC ? i'm sure you'd get some much needed experience :P might cause some big upsets too :P@aldebaran

yes...but there needs to be someone willing to take over his position take for example the indian NT with @theloyalone crew has no problem replacing NT coaches mid term if the situation permits ityes...but there needs to be someone willing to take over his position

40% could be anything from 40 votes out of a 100 or 2 votes out of 5 not to mention that the person that got 40% might not even care (which seems to be the case) in anyway...it's up to the guatemalan community to care about their NT. all they have to do is to poke crew and get the inactive NT replaced by someone willing to take over his place40% could be anything from 40 votes out of a 100

true. even i had to 'pester' (:P) the Crew and Support to make me the NC quickly since our NC was inactive. and i hadnt even stood in the elections. so, if this second-placed guy really cared, he'd have long back got himself to be the NC. a lack of initiative on his part shows he too may have done the same as this NC.

9 is a special number, but i dont think many users from Guatemala in MZ9 is a special number, but i dont think many users from Guatemala in MZ
