Reduce the number of friendlies

Badge image
My idea is to reduce the required number of friendlies for a to 1-2.I know that this is to give advantage to the active teams to have better forma. But having to arrange 12 matches is ridiculous.Sending so many invites. If you are not active you wont be able to arrange friendly anyway. And most of these matches are with no importance,so they are just played and no one cares about them anyway, why we need 12 matches then.

why would you play 12 friendlies? you just need that if you have a large team, and in that case, well, it's your choice if you want to keep all the players in good form.
You need to play 2 home matches to get the income, usually you play doubles so both get the income. And that's it.
Being a club member helps you to also not use your most important players, because you're playing cups, so your players already play the matches they need to keep the form and they don't need the friendlies.

I am not playing cups,as it is required additional token spends.
So I am playing like 10 friendly matches without any value to the game, but should waste time arranging them, still dont get the point.

We can achieve the same with just two fr matches.

To maintain form at 9 for all players they need 4 friendly matches (two doubles) and 2 league matches. This can be very frustrating to maintain with a total of 36 players (seniors and youth), as you have. The frustration is even greater when you chose to not participate in Youth Leagues and do not play any other matches other than Friendlies and senior League matches. Thus you have to set up a minimum of 2 friendly doubles for 16 senior players (field and bench)...and then divide the remaining 20 players into 2 separate teams to play in a minimum of 3 friendly doubles for each team. This is a nightmare for any team to deal with, and I can understand your concern to reduce the requirement of friendlies for form to only 1 or 2.

However, this is why MZ promotes the idea of Club Membership or purchase of tokens to make things easier for users. The playing of cups and Friendly Leagues reduces the requirement of friendlies for maintaining form because those matches will give positive effects to maintaining form, and can even replace the need for friendlies if you play enough of them. Thus, you playing friendlies for the sake of income for home matches.

Furthermore, it is my understanding you have Club Membership...if this is so, then you are missing out on a great opportunity to help form and to earn income for your team...because Official Cups for all ages are 100% free with no additional tokens required. Even the pool cups will give you 3 free ones every season.

So in your case it is strictly a matter of choice on your part, not a requirement to deal with so many friendlies.

I am not taking part in cups, because of the bunch of matches you are playing everyday.THe more matches you are playing, the less important they are for you.
So this is the main issue for non CMs,the endless number of fr you have to arrange, I dont think it is good policy to just screw non CMs,at the end the game will just fade away as the number of players giving up of the game.

Find a user who wants to play friendlies with just one team permanetly and you're set for life

The most active one, sends the invitations. The semi active one all that he/she has to do is log in and accept the friendlies.

It works for me at least

It works, but it makes no sense to play that umber if pointless matches. Also you should constantly send and accept invitations.

I actually agree with Bob here. Being non CMs, friendlies are really a matter of choice so long as you earn enough income by playing sufficient number of friendly matches per week.
