I like the idea of an U18 National Team but I can see a few potential problems with it's implementation. * At the age of 18 or under, lot's of players have very similar skills. Determining which player is better and deserves their position would be very hard. *Youth players are consistently being sent to Training Camps and can gain sometimes up to 5 balls in one Camp. That's a huge swing when we are talking about players with 35 total skill balls. A player returning from camp might have not even made the U18 squad and then when returning could be a starter. This would happen frequently and require nearly daily shuffling of the squad. * The more National Team players there are and players accredited with "National Team Player" will only add to the inflating transfer market. * Adding more National Teams would possible mean they would need to be stand alone positions E.g. Senior National Coach, U21 National Coach etc. One person managing them all would be a big work load. They are just a few problems foreseen with the idea.
