Value of players in Youth Academy

Players with value below 20 000 should not be given in the Youth Academy. It doesn't make any sense being offered a player 15 years old for example zero valuePlayers with value below 20 000 should not be given in the Youth Academy. If I'm not mistaken than when youths arrive thane they are given weird values which are corrected on mondays!
