Verna Hills, Hubert McIntyre, Jacques Clouseau and Harry Potter are not real persons, all other are.
Louis Armstrong, Usain Bolt, Francis Ford Coppola, Elliott Cresson, Donald Davies, Novak Djokovic, Vittorio Emanuele, Fred Haise, Narendra Modi, Elon Reeve, Josep Valle and Johann Zahn are left.

Okay .... I will start: I think the name is

Neil Armstrong - First man on the moon
Why: I base it partly on three of the names on the list. Louis Armstrong (his lastname) and Fred Haise who is an astronaut, Elon Reeve who invent things for the outer space (Mars)...There are other names connected to Science (Donald Davies, Elliot Cresson)....well my guess...

That's date 0 for most PCs, I think that's the right way to go...

Look at the substitutes. They're around the 10th and 50th minute. The players have a Swedish nationality. Maybe the location is Stockholm (which was founded in 1252)???
