I don't know if I am the only one who thinks like that, but I think that the managers should be allowed to change this option even after putting the player to the market (at least one time). I am suggesting it because as a new manager you cannot publish the graph when putting then on sale as everybody here must know, you have to wait few months until be able to do so. So what is happening to me now (and I don't know if it happens to somebody else), is that I always forget to change it to "Yes" as the default is "No", and it interfere on the player's sale few time.
