Customise Scout matches and/or Test tatics

I think it would be a good option to be able to turn off Red cards and injuries for Scout matches. When playing a scout match against an opponent, if a player in your team [or opposition team] gets a red card then the result and info is no longer accurate and you've wasted a scout match [I use the word 'accurate' very loosely - scout matches are pretty hit and miss at the best of times]. Also, during a scout match or test tactic, if you had the option to program in a Red card for one of your players [or opposition players] after x amount of minutes, you could practice and refine your 'red card' tactics. Second idea is probably a bit hard to add to the game, but the option to turn off red cards and injuries should be easy enough to implement?I think it would be a good option to be able to turn off Red cards and injuries for Scout matches.

I totally agree with you. A red card during a scout match or test tactic makes the match a waste of time. I would also like to see the test tactic more like a training match, where you can change tactics/players 'live' during a match and not just rely on your preset tactics.I totally agree with you.
