Countries, managers, more organizing the leagues

I noticed that so many countries don't have managers at all or just 1-2 managers. I suggest to improve the site with new countries. At least for football. There are so many important countries in the world which don't have a seat available in managerzone. I am not suggesting to get rid of small countries which have 1-2 managers in the first division or in general, just maybe make a special league for these countries, same as MZ Country.
Another suggestion would be to promote all teams that have a manager in the first, second or third division. Teams without manager shouldn't have the right to play in play-offs or relegate just one division. It is weird that teams with managers are playing in the 4th, 5th or 6th division and teams without manager have a seat in the first, second or third division. Would be possible to monitor all these teams, countries, managers and organize them properly?

The second suggestion is already implemented, it happened to me last season.
