What if players had another skill, just like form or experience, but called "morale", that goes up or down if the team wins or loses matches, and influences the way they play in the future matches? :)What if players had another skill, just like form or experience, but called "morale", that goes up or down if the team wins or loses matches, and influences the way they play in the future matches? :)

It will make the game becomes more realistic for sure but I do like this game the way it is for now. Yeah, i totally agree. I think even if you would be able to do this, it will occure problems with the market value, but i am not sure.
