Transfer window?

I bet this isn't the first time being brought up but I haven't seen it for a while,could a transfer window be brought in say after week 12 as a example then re-open after playoffs,I bet this isn't the first time being brought up but I haven't seen it for a while,could a transfer window be brought in say after week 12 as a example then re-open after playoffs,

dude, or madam princess, of course it's the first time being brought up, because you can transfer players at [b]anytime[/b]. Heck, it's like Netflix and chill.
