Remove transfer delay if nobody bids for player

Everything said by the topic title... The purpose of 24h transfer delay is to allow transfer validity check by the GA/MA/system. There is no point in delay if nobody bids for the player. I would like to re-list the player with lower price as soon as transfer deadline passes. Alternatively, I would like to fire him before he eats another salary. But, I have to wait another day, apparently without good reason.Everything said by the topic title...
